What we collect now

You can browse without an account. Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may process your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times for operation and security.

If you email us, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach. Only send what we need to resolve your question. The current “Report Patched” tally stays in your browser session; it is not sent to a community database.

Email alerts: not open yet

The site is not currently accepting subscriber details. When alerts open, we will collect your email address, subscription status and a record of when and how you gave consent. We will use those details to confirm your subscription, send the alerts you requested and honour unsubscribe requests.

Subscription will be optional. You can browse without it. We will update this page and show a collection notice before sign-ups open.

Cookies and tracking

We do not run advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or tracking cookies. Security services may use cookies or similar checks to prevent abuse. Retailer websites can use their own tracking once you follow a link; check their policies.

Who handles your details

Access is limited to the operator and service providers needed to run the site or handle your request. Cloudflare provides hosting and security. Spacemail, supplied by Spaceship, provides our contact mailbox. Supabase hosts our subscriber database in Sydney, Australia. It contains no subscriber addresses yet; its overseas support and service infrastructure may also process information when subscriptions launch. We do not sell or rent personal information.

These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where their infrastructure or support teams operate. Information is not guaranteed to stay in Australia. We review provider arrangements before adding new services. We may also disclose information when Australian law requires it.

Security and retention

We use encrypted website connections and restrict access to administrative systems. No online service can promise perfect security. We keep correspondence only while needed to answer you, resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Provider security logs follow the provider's retention settings.

Your choices and complaints

Ask to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing sayvon@fluqon.qpon. We may need enough information to confirm it is your request. If we cannot fulfil it, we will explain why. Asking is free.

Send privacy complaints to the same address. We aim to acknowledge them within 7 days and respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which can explain whether it can handle your complaint.
